Our items require both processing time/tailoring time and shipping time, change based on fluctuations in seasonal demand.

  • In-stock dress: 72 hours.
  • Made-to-order dress: 3-25 days.

Two types of shipping method:

  • Standard: 4-8 days to arrive, can be tracked online.
  • Expedited: DHL, UPS and FedEx, 2-5 days to arrive.

Any orders over NZD99 will be free shipping with standard method.

Online purchases require flexibility and support. Cmdress understands that and wishes to create a satisfying and enjoyable shopping experience for you. The return and cancellation policies below were written to accommodate customer’s needs and also to address the specific nature of our merchandise.

All our dresses are tailored by experienced professionals and hand-made accordingly. Each dress goes through quality-inspection 2 times before shipped to you. Because each dress is hand-made, there maybe have a 5% difference between the product picture and the product you received.

We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned for other reasons.


What happens if I’m not happy?

We take every effort to ensure we’re all on the same page during the process,including confirming the details with photographs.

In the unlikely event that there is a problem with the final result, we will be happy to look at each issue on a case-by-case basis.

Please notice

  1. Please note that we may request for you to email pictures of damaged or defective merchandise.
  2. Return must be completed, unused, unwashed and with original tags and packaging. Any item altered or with odors (perfume, smoke, etc)is not returnable. We reserve the rights to deny credit if items returned in unacceptable condition.
  3. You should contact us within 2 business days (from the date that the item is received) if you have any issues regarding your order, You can email us, a reply with the resolution is offered within 24 hours.
  4. If you purchased some products in our company, but did not receive the goods within 45 days(start calculating from purchase time), please contact our customer service staff within two months(start calculating from purchase time), otherwise we might not accept this case.
  5. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns marked COD for insufficient postage will be refused.
  6. Bear in mind that the quality problem is not including color aberration, color reproduction is not perfect across most PC monitors software, so some minor colour variations can be expected. However, we are confident of the quality and the difference is rarely an issue.
  7. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. ie. A purchase made with a credit card: A refund will be issued to the original account.
  8. Any uninformed returning of the item will not be credited.


How to cancel an order that hasn't been paid?

Orders will be automatically cancelled without payment within 7 days.

How to cancel an order that has been paid?

We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our clothing and some accessories (including shoes, sashes, and wraps) are made-to-measure, whether you ordered a standard size or custom measurements, and the materials cannot be reused once the creation process has begun. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. Please refer to our cancellation and return policies below for details.

  1. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
  2. Orders cancelled 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a 70% refund.
  3. Orders cancelled over 48 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a 50% refund.
  4. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
